Wollongong Ex Services Club Ltd ( trading as City Diggers Wollongong) adheres to the National Privacy principles (NPPs) ensuring that the information the Club holds about people is managed responsibly.

All information collected by City Diggers Wollongong is protected by the Privacy Act 1988. Information will only be used for the purposes for which you have provided it. Personal information will not be used for any other purpose, and will not be disclosed except where authorisation is given or required by law.

Employees of City Diggers Wollongong are subject to the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1998. This Act lays down strict privacy safeguards which the club must observe in handling personal information.

City Diggers Wollongong collects information such as the name and Address of members or visitors, and spending patterns throughout the Club. This information is collected either manually or electronically and is securely stored internally. A person may access their personal information by contacting the Club General or Assistant Manager with their request. The General or Assistant Manager or their delegate will deal with all complaints as they may arise.
